Travelling anywhere in the world has not been easy since the pandemic hits the country. Every country has their own guidelines that one need to follow who wants to come to that country to have their safe journey.

If you plan to travel to UAE, Singapore, or Kuwait, it is advised to check the new guidelines. There are some changes in the protocols for travelling to these nations.

Travelling Guidelines for Singapore:

The passengers who are coming via VTL (vaccinated travel lanes) have to follow new guidelines issued by Singapore Airlines (SIA), which will come into force from February 22, 2022.

According to the reports, passengers must show their travel history for the last seven days. Before that, it was 14 days. If the passenger has been in Singapore within these previous seven days, their stay in Singapore will be counted in the 7-day travel history requirement.

Travel Guidelines for UAE:

UAE also changed their guidelines, especially for Indians. The Indian passengers who took both doses now have no need to have their RT-PCR test reports before their departure for travel to India from the UAE.

Air India Express also tweeted this information on February 19. They also guided the passengers to upload their COVID-19 certificates on the Air Suvidha portal. Those who are left with their vaccine doses must have to carry their RT-PCR report of the COVID-19. The negative report must be before 72 hours of travel.

After the journey, passengers will experience thermal screening, and if they are found to be symptomatic, they will be treated as per the new guidelines.

Guidelines for Kuwait:

After the new guidelines were upgraded by Singapore and UAE, Kuwait has also updated its travel rules. AIR India Express also posted new guidelines for passengers who are coming to Kuwait.

As per the updated rules, passengers (except for visas on arrival) with valid travel documents will be allowed to enter the State of Kuwait despite their vaccination status.
