Cairo: A dispute between a married couple ignited a street fight involving two families in Kuwait, a local newspaper has reported.

The footage of the fight got viral on all social media platforms, as well as showed a violent brawl on every street reportedly breaking out on Monday, prompting police intervention in the area of Al Adan in the Kuwaiti governorate of Mubarak Al Kabeer.

The brutality first started with an anonymous row between a husband and his wife in their house. Still, relatives’ interference fanned the disagreement that developed into a fight that spilt over into the street, as reported by the security sources.

However, the fight did not do any kind of injury or harm to any person. As per the sources, those who were transferred by the ambulance suffered from shortness of breathing.

As per the sources, the parties to the violence, which involved an exchange of fistfights, were taken to a police station, where they eventually forsook their complaints against each other.

The Interior Ministry stated that the suspects were arrested and referred to the brilliant agency earlier.

Moreover, in recent months, Kuwait has witnessed several incidents of violence in public.
