Anupam Kher, one of the Indian actors and former Chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India, took to his official Instagram account on Tuesday, in which he told his fans how he actually met talented actress Deepika Padukone at Dubai airport.
Khar dropped a series of pictures on social media in which he can be seen posing with Deepika. While Deepika was seen in a white dress, Anupam Kher could be seen posing in a white shirt with blue denim.
He posted a total of three pictures; in the first picture, Anupam can be seen sitting on a chair as Deepika stands beside him and puts her arm over his shoulder.
In the second picture, Deepika stands straight as kher continues to pose while sitting on the chair.
The third and last one was Deepika’s selfie with the veteran actor.
Not only did he just post pictures, but at the same time, he praised Deepika for her work and wrote,
“Happy to meet talented Ms Deepika Padukone at Dubai airport! She being alumni of @actorprepares, her success graph makes me doubly happy and proud! Jai Ho!”

For the unversed, Deepika was travelling to France for the 75th Cannes film festival. This year, she will be a part of the competition jury at the Cannes Film Festival. Apart from Deepika, people who will be part of the jury are French actor Vincent Lindon, actor-director Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace, Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, and directors Asghar Farhadi, Ladj Ly, Jeff Nichols, and Joachim Trier.
As per sources, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Ibrahim. Apart from this, she also has The Intern with Amitabh Bachchan and Fighter with Hrithik Roshan.
Talking about Anupam Kher’s professional career, he will be next seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai. The movie also features Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, Boman Irani, and Parineeti Chopra in key roles.
