Explaining his lawsuit, he said that he had agreed with the defendant that he would take over the tasks of delivering him through the taxi that he was working on for a whole year in exchange for an amount of 15,000 dirhams, and that during that period he handed over to the company an amount of 5,000 dirhams received from the defendant, who pledged to him that He pays him 10 thousand dirhams, the rest in return for his delivery, but he did not do so and did not respond to his repeated calls to pay the amount.

For its part, the court clarified in the merits of its ruling that it is decided, according to Article 112 of the Civil Transactions Law, that the evidence for establishing the right is writing and testimony, noting that the complainant had filed his present case on the basis that the defendant had pledged to pay an amount of 10 thousand dirhams to the complainant in exchange for his delivery on the car. In which he works.

The court case added: It is established from the papers that the defendant did not appear despite his announcement to pay any payment or defence in the case, as much or as a matter, especially since the reporter proved that he had contacted the defendant on his registered phone number, and did not deny the complainant’s right and pledged to pay an amount of 10 thousand dirhams to the complainant .

Accordingly, the court ruled obligating the defendant to pay the complainant an amount of 10 thousand dirhams and obligated him to pay fees and expenses.
