And the Ministry of the Interior stated in a statement published yesterday evening: “After monitoring the circulation of a video clip on one of the personal accounts on Facebook, in which it appears that a person assaulted another by hitting another with his hand holding a shoe and forcing him to kiss his foot inside a store in Alexandria.”

And she added: “On examination, it was possible to identify the person (the assaulted) who appears in the aforementioned passage (resident in the Awal Al-Amriya Police Department), and it was found that he had not submitted a report in this regard.”

And she continued: “By summoning him and asking him, he decided that a person would assault him, and he was accompanied by (two people), all of whom are residents of the Awal Al-Amriya Police Department and have criminal information.”

She explained: “By targeting them, it was possible to seize them, and by confronting them, they acknowledged the precedent of the existence of disputes between them, and one of them stipulated that he assaulted the aforementioned (the victim in the video clip) with beatings to complete the reconciliation. The seized mobile phone, legal measures have been taken.”
