St. Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew celebrated Fathers’ Day at the Conaree Stadium, where fathers and father figures from the Caribbean community were recognized and celebrated.
PM Drew enjoyed a lively football match between the fathers and the non-fathers. He also extended a special token of appreciation to the fathers of the twin-island nation there.
While eulogizing them, Drew said thank-you to them and presented his gratitude to everyone who made the event possible and successful. He also acknowledged all those who came to show appreciation for their fathers.
Reportedly, the friendly soccer match between fathers v/s non-fathers took place on June 15, 2025 at the Conaree Stadium. The participants gathered on the ground at 3:00 p.m. and the game kicked off at 3:30 p.m.

The evening observed distribution of prizes to the winning team. Plenty of laughs and good vibes created a positive environment which celebrated the fathers in true manner as Constituency-8 style. Residents came out of their places and supported the players. They showed deep appreciation for the fathers for their presence at the game.
Considering this auspicious occasion, Dr. Drew congratulated all the fathers on Happy Father’s Day. He shared a video of himself on his official social media handle to greet them. Through the video he took the opportunity to wish all the fathers and father figures across the St. Kitts and Nevis and Worldwide a very Happy Father’s Day.

PM Drew said that fathers are a very important part of everyone’s life and urged them to enjoy their day and have blessings of all, support their family and receive love from all.
Along with the greeting video he also shared a message which conveyed that the St. Kitts and Nevis honour the strength, love and guidance they provide every single day. Whether by birth, by choice or by circumstances, their role in shaping lives and building stronger families and communities is deeply valued, expressed PM Drew with the greeting message.
