Manama: Bahrain, on February 17 Thursday, declared the easing of the COVID-19 rules and regulations of the preventive measures for especially those who arrived in the country from any other country.
As per the Bahrain Civil Aviation stated, they are based on the National Medical Team’s recommendations to tackle and update the COVID-19 entry procedure through Bahrain International Airport.
The rest of the procedures will be adequate from February 20
All passengers arriving in the Kingdom of Bahrain do not need to perform a PCR test upon arrival.

The Kingdom of Bahrain further modernised the protocols for contacts of active cases, including those who hold a green pass on the country’s Be aware application will no longer have to isolate, starting from February 20, 2022.
Tests will only be conducted but only on those who will show the symptoms through the following options:
People can perform a rapid test, and if their result is positive, they must lead instantly to one of the drive-through testing centres to undergo a PCR test.
They can also perform their PCR testing in any private hospital or book one via the BeAware application.
On February 17, Bahrain has reported 3,762 COVID-19 cases and one death in the span of 24 hours.
Kuwait has also ditched the pre-arrival PCR test requirement. Home quarantine is required for even fully vaccinated passengers interested in coming to the country, starting from Sunday, February 20.
