MoPH registers 77 Covid-19 cases in Qatar

Doha, Qatar: Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) registered 77 new and fresh Covid-19 cases in Qatar on April 21, 2022.

Total COVID-19 cases in the community are 75, and cases among travellers are 2, and which the total number of COVID-19 cases today is 77. The total number of active cases is 890.

The total number of positive Covid-19 cases will now recorded in Qatar: is 363,905.

There are also some recovery cases of COVID-19, and recovered cases in the past 24 hours are 106, and the total number of recovered cases till now is 362,338.

However, the country reported zero deaths in the past 24 hours, but the total number of fatalities till now is 677. 

Vaccines

The number of Covid-19 vaccines distributed in the last 24 hrs: 12906; there are also some people who took their booster doses 

allocated till now: 1,515,153. The total number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered since the start of the vaccination campaign: 6,726,653.

The total number of deaths in the last 24 hours is 11,250, and the total number of people tested till now is 3,424,254.

There are Number of ICU admissions in the last 24 hrs: 0 and till now country faced not so many of the ICU admissions and that is 1. 

The number of severe hospital admissions in the prior 24 hrs: 3. The total number of Covid-19 patients in the hospital: is 27.

Moreover, Covid-19 is still a threat in the country, everyone needs to play their role in order to control the virus by following preventive measures:

– Commitment to physical distancing

– Avoid close contact with others, crowded places and confined closed spaces where other people congregate

– Wearing a face mask

– Washing hands regularly
