Her Excellency Dr Jalila, the daughter of Mr Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, confirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s continued keenness to provide the best health services to all members of the community and its categories, especially senior citizens and people with special needs, with keen attention to providing all their health needs and needs Conscious, inspired by the Ministry’s constant pursuit to achieve optimal development of services rendered By working to provide a conducive and holistic health environment for their care.

This came during the visit of Her Excellency Dr Jalila, the daughter of Al-Mahraq Center for Special Care and Elderly Care, in order to review the quality of health services provided to senior citizens and people with special needs and to strengthen contact with patients and check their needs, in the presence of His Excellency Dr Walid Al-Mani, Deputy of the Ministry of Health, Dr Iman Haji Al-Qayim, acting as Assistant Agent for Psychiatry and Special Care for the Elderly, and a number of ministry officials and administrators of the Center.

During the visit, His Excellency, the Minister of Health, informed about the health services provided to patients by the Integrated Medical Team, which encompasses medical, nursing, social research, physiotherapy and occupational therapy that contribute to helping patients restore their daily social lives. Her happiness also checked patient rooms and wards, met a number of elderly patients who expressed their happiness with this visit, and listened to the needs the centre requires to further develop its services.
