His Excellency, the Minister of Health A. D. Khaled Al-Saeed, presents His Highness the Late Prince’s Prize for Research on Elderly Care and Health Promotion to Dr Hanadi Al-Hamd from sister country Qatar, among the works of the 75th session of the World Health Association in Geneva.
Minister Al-Saeed said the award reflects and embodies Kuwait’s commitment to supporting and encouraging scientific research and achieving research and health studies.
The minister of health A. D. Khaled Al-Saeed, with the participation of the Director of the World Health Organization, Dr Tedros Edhanoum Gibrisos, presented the award, forgiven by His Highness the late Prince Sheikh Sabah Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for research in the field of healthcare for the elderly and health promotion, to Dr Hanadi Khamis Al-Hamd from Qatar Sis, this came in the frame of WHO celebration in the works 75th Annual General Assembly, which is the awards given to the best applied medical research in the world.
His Highness Sheikh Sabah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Award for research in the field of healthcare for the elderly and health promotion, presented by the State of Kuwait Foundation for Health Promotion, to a person, persons, institution, organization or non-governmental organization, in honor of the significant contributions in research in the field Health care for the elderly and health promotion.
This was said by his excellency the Minister of Health A. D.
