Al-Roumi affirms Kuwaiti Uni is immensely working to provide educational opportunities for all students

The Director of Kuwait University, Dr Yousef Al-Roumi, affirmed that the university is trying as much as possible to provide educational opportunities for all students from all walks of life, believing in what has been stated in the Kuwaiti constitution that education is available to all.

This came on the sidelines of the “Human Investment and Career Opportunities 2022” forum, which was organized by the Alumni Affairs Department at the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Kuwait University yesterday, under the auspices of Al-Roumi, in the round hall of the campus in Shuwaikh.

He added that the number of students in the faculties of the university is 40,000. The university includes 90 scientific departments and 16 academic faculties in all disciplines, pointing out that the university offers many disciplines that the labour market needs in addition to the disciplines that are not found in any other university in Kuwait, pointing That there are opportunities for all students. They are competitive opportunities for the faculties of medicine, law and engineering, wishing success to all.

He explained that the career opportunities exhibition presents many jobs for graduates of Kuwait University, extending thanks to all the parties participating in this exhibition and providing the opportunity for university graduates.

In turn, the Acting Dean of Admission and Registration at Kuwait University, Dr. Mishaal Al-Gharaballi, confirmed that the exhibition is the first of its kind for job opportunities at Kuwait University, in conjunction with the distribution of certificates for graduates of the second semester, with the participation of many parties that wish to present job opportunities that they have and provide jobs for university graduates.

For her part, the Director of the Alumni Department at Kuwait University, Fatima Al-Amiri, confirmed that the number of graduates for the second semester had reached 3000 male and female students, wishing them a successful career.

Al-Amiri indicated that the mechanism of work in the forum coincides with the delivery of graduation certificates to 750 male and female students daily over a period of 4 days in order to benefit from the participating parties and give them the opportunity to ask questions and respond to their inquiries.
