Syria: In a chilling crime, the Ministry of Interior of the regime in Syria revealed the details of the killing of a mother of her son that took place in the countryside of the capital, Damascus.
The ministry announced in a post on Facebook that the murderous mother handcuffed her son and hit him on the head until he died.
She added that the Criminal Security Center in the city of al-Nabak, in the countryside of Damascus, arrested her after a report from a citizen.
She explained that the whistleblower was a citizen from the village of “Al-Marah”, and he reported that a murder had occurred against a juvenile at the age of about 15 years.
Patrols from the Criminal Security Police station in the area went to the place, where the juvenile’s body was seen tied up and the victim’s head was covered in blood. After the boy’s mother was suspected, she was arrested and, during interrogation, she confessed to having killed her son Imran, born in 2008, after asking for help from 3 of his friends. Those who handcuffed him without knowing that she would kill him, but deluded them that she would hand him over to the police because he did not obey them.
After his friends left, she hit her son on the head with a sharp object until he died.
It is noteworthy that the three juveniles who confessed to handcuffing their friend Omran were arrested at his mother’s request without knowing the reason.
Investigations are still ongoing, as the perpetrators will be brought to the duly competent court
