Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire, the Tourism Minister of Saint Lucia, presented the Tourism Development Act to Parliament which is intended to revolutionise the tourism landscape of the island nation while empowering local businesses and residents to actively participate and benefit from the sector on Tuesday, 20 February.
As per the statement of Minister Ernest Hilaire, the latest act is proposed to be an important step forward for the tourist sector of Saint Lucia as an important milestone in the reform. The investment options will be available to the investors from natural attractions like waterfalls and beaches, for multiple projects such as Airbnb accommodation and others.
