Dubai: One of the motorists of Saudi Arabia has been arrested for intentionally ramming into the other unknown people’s car without any reason. A woman and child were sitting inside the car, as per the reports.
There is also a video of the man in which he is switching speeds and ramming into a woman’s car, and that video got viral all over social media. The woman who was with her child heard screaming as soon as their car was hit.

A video of the same person who was crashing his car head-on into another has also gone viral. The video indicates that the motorist is running the way moment another man steps out of the car to check what happened.
As soon as the two videos were shared on social media, Saudi troops have launched an immediate investigation into the incident and arrested the suspect, whose identity is still unknown to many.
According to the new Saudi law, motorists who would be the reason for serious accidents that result in death or total impairment will be jailed for four years maximum and fined SR200,000 or less or may get to pay both penalties, as per the traffic regulations modifications.
Motorists who cause injuries in traffic accidents resulting in hospitalisation for a full fifteen days will be detained for at least two years or fined a maximum of SR100,000, or both penalties.
However, when a driver is captured driving an uninsured vehicle, then he or she will be penalised and fined with SR100-SR150.
An impounded vehicle will be put on an auction if the owner does not show up within 90 days of the seizure of the vehicle.
