This year, the top Caribbean nation participated in the 12th edition of the IREX Residency and Citizenship Conclave at Le Meridian Hotel in New Delhi. It was two-day conference which started on 9 and ended on 10 September, and the motive of the conference was to showcase the citizenship by investment (CBI) offerings.

Saint Lucia launched their Citizenship by Investment Programme in 2016, but still its performance is almost on top of the whole Caribbean region as per research as the demand for the CBI Programme is on top these days, especially among high net-worth individuals, so that is why the newly elected government of St Lucia is striving to utilize the funds to develop more advanced public infrastructure and uplift the standard of living of people.

The government of Dominica is doing their best to make new investments in each sector, especially in education, because education is the only key to success. 

The government of Saint Lucia signed an Agreement to construct a 345-room luxury Grand Hyatt hotel in Sabwisha, Choiseul. The construction of the project is going to start in 2023 and is expected to be complete by 2025.
