Israel Fire and Rescue Authority carried out national exercises in the light rail of Gush Dan with the help of collaborations from all emergency and security forces.
The exercises included different activities in testing the emergency responses of the nation’s security forces. such as,
- Combine Shooting
- Explosions
- Emergency Chemical TABC scenarios
The Israeli Fire and Rescue Department shared the update on their Official Social Media page. The tests and exercises took place on the underground rail of Gush Dan.
Furthermore, several emergency units were present at the time of exercises, included-Dan County Monitoring Units HMS Unit. Firefighters Unit. The teams at the test sites monitored and responded to the situations forcefully and professionally. All the challenges were tackled competently by the forces. All the units cooperated in obtaining successful results in the end.
Such exercises and activities were performed to test and enhance the capabilities and responsibilities of Israeli emergency services. The Israeli officials said that the Emergency response services and firefighters are competent and prepared for any possibly challenging scenario.
Moreover, Israel Fire and Rescue Department uploaded a few photographs from the exercises. In the pictures, The heads of the departments can be seen leading and executing the entire set in the underground rails of Gush Dan.
Officials guided and planned all the tasks in order and supervised the entire exercises themselves. The effective practices were related to the fire and rescue operations in Israel which they managed to perform on targeted time.
The officers who performed the tests and exercises were provided with dangerous real-life situations. Their task was to think it through and devise workable strategies to deal with the mission. The tests can also be considered part of the training of the new rescue officers, which will help them understand the experience with which they would have to deal in future.
