In a letter issued by the prime minister’s office of Bahrain today, all public sector employees are invited to participate in an ‘idea’. The Prime Minister of Bahrain, Salman Bin Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, expressed his belief in the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain in his letter. He addressed his fellow citizens as,
‘’Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Members of the Bahrain team
Peace, Mercy and Blessing of Allah be upon you.’’
The letter issued by the Prime minister’s office further stated that,
government officials are pursuing growth and development in the public sector and working towards making significant improvements in the services being provided to the citizens, which are limitless and notable.
The issued letter further explains the importance of creativity and innovation, which are among the key pillars of our loving and creative national cadres. These qualities play a significant role in letting the national cadres unleash their abilities and achieve all the feats in work spheres and every other field.
Furthermore, the cadres are thriving to sustain and secure excellence for the kingdom of Bahrain, as per the letter. The ‘idea’, a scheme planned by the Bahrain government called (Government Innovation Contest) is in its fifth consecutive year.
The letter shared by the Ministry of Health, Bahrain, stated that Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa was delighted to witness the fifth launch of the government innovation contest.
Previous editions of the idea are remembered with pride and admiration for what they have contributed to the development process in public sectors and its results. said PM khalifa.
Moreover, in the letter, the PM of the kingdom of Bahrain stated that the world is going through tough times and rapid, significant changes.
Every fundamental evolution requires immediate attention and should be pursued with a tremendous effort of creative approach, enhancing competitiveness and offering equal opportunity to all.
It is an honour that the cadres of Bahrain possess rich wealth among themselves in the form of love for hardships, thriving for excellence, and chasing achievements, and they are always ready to offer their services.
The Crown Prince of Bahrain further noted that the government is eager to welcome the new cadres into the idea and competition. He further invited the cadres with their passion towards creative excellence.
He encouraged them to develop innovative approaches and ideas to form success stories that would make the nation proud. He further said that the creative ideas of new cadres are the basis of national achievements in the present, which will also shape future generations.
