Israel: The President of the state of Israel, Isaac Herzog, left to visit the Kingdom of Bahrain on the invitation of Bahraini President Hamad Bin Isa El Khalifa along with Prime Minister Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa on Today, December 4th.
President Isaac Herzog said that his visit would be a symbol and another step towards strengthening the economic cooperation between Israel and Bahrain. He stated that the nations are standing beside each other on shared political issues and challenges, including the climate crisis.
As per the reports, President Herzog departed to visit Bahrain for the first time, where an economic delegation of Bahraini President Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa joined him.
The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss practical ways to strengthen our economic cooperation.
Furthermore, Herzog pointed out the significant importance of forming betting relationships among the other neighbours in the middle east by expanding the circle of peace and partnership between each other.
Furthermore, he noted that the relationship between both nations holds substantial value, especially when global and regional stability is threatened.
Herzog stated that “against forces of hate, threats and terror, there is one solution which can cure all the challenges for middle eastern countries, which is mutual alliances of friendship and partnership between us”.
Economic delegation to strengthen our ties will benefit all of us. He noted. The visit highlighted the longstanding bond between Israel and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The countries have been sharing various issues, including economic, security, tourism and environmental partnerships.
“The peace between us is strategic and contributes to our states and all the peoples of the region so that the citizens enjoy and continue to enjoy the fruits of the warm peace”. Herzog said.
Herzog expressed the visit as heart touching meeting with President Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He expressed immense gratitude and thanked him for his warm reception and hospitality.
”I bless his vision of peace, friendship, and tolerance and his significant contribution to the Abraham Accords, which will continue to expand hand in hand with the transitional peace agenda”. President Isaac said.
In the end, Israeli President Isaac Herzog said it was exciting to hear the anthem “Hatikva” on Bahrain’s land alongside Al Khalifa. He said, “We must strengthen the alliance with our allies for peace and act to add more and more nations and states to the circle of peace in our region. Inshallah!”.
Additionally, Herzog conveyed that after visiting Bahrain, he will visit Abu Dhabi, where he will meet with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He stated some of his schedules that he would deliver a speech during the Abu Dhabi Space Conference, which is an important conference organized by the UAE Space Agency.
