Cyprus: The department of Treasures, burials and antiquities of the Arab world has recently shared a piece of unbelievable and mysterious information regarding a lake named ‘The Eye of the water’ in Cyprus, Middle east.
The lake takes the brain out of the head as it fills with water when a living approaches it and dries up the second when a being moves away.
As per recent information, the Lake’ The Eye of the water in the North of the Farfra Oasis in the White Desert is a natural water eye that remains dry until any living being approaches it, whether human, animal or even bird.
The experts and Dr Mahmoud Hassan, Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, Ain Syru, have studied the lake and concluded that it is one of the most magical places in the Al-Farafra Oasis in the New Valley,
as an eye of the single groundwater in the White Desert, in the New Valley north of Al-Farfarra Oasis, Egypt, that eye which is considered a global tourist landmark.
The experiences of the people and reports have confirmed that the water starts to rise in the eye gradually until it is filled, so you can drink, wash, and take as much as you want, and if you decide to leave, you start to dry up gradually until it completely disappears.
In addition, the strangest thing about the water body is that any hollow water source in the world pumps water day and night until it dries completely and stops water from coming out and getting dried after some time.
As per the experts, The Eye of the water is also called the eye of the cyprus. When compared, the nature of this mysterious lake is quite the opposite of the other lakes around the world.
It does not come out of its water unless any living approaches it; even if it is a small bird, it gives out water with complete satisfaction until it leaves and returns to drought.
In addition, water springs from it as soon as you approach it, where the earth begins to fill the eye with fresh water and rises until it is filled, and the water floats on the ground, so it drinks and washes, even if you leave it, its water is so dry until it completely dries.
Dr Mahmood Hassan further indicates that the scientific analysis of this strange phenomenon is that the earth in this area is made up of a special kind of soft soil sensitive like a sponge piece, and this acts as a water storage in the inner part of the earth and when any living object approaches it and presses the ground near it,
it spills out Fresh water, and this quality is enjoyed only by cyprus without the slightest spot in the world.
On his part, Ahmed Hussein Agricultural engineer, explains: “The eye turned everything around it from the yellow colour in this desert to the green colour in the round palm trees as well as other plantations making it a green oasis and a kiss for tourists to enjoy the scenic views and fresh groundwater.”
Going to this eye isn’t hard in the white desert but needs a four-wheeler and a local guide.
Moreover, the management of the reserve had finished the preparation of the basins for the new spring in Ain Cyrus in partnership with locals and the youth of Farfra in building the basins,
After the new spring exploded from the west side, these ponds helped to collect and flow water from basin to basin for use on safaris and water supply, as well as to provide drinking water for the animals and birds in the area.
In the end, Mohammed Dawa, one of the organizers of safaris in Oasis, said that the water had dried up from the eye two years ago, and the White Desert Reserve, at that time, sought to clean the eye. Still, the water did not rise again, citing that the look is one of the most famous tourist shrines.
