St Kitts and Nevis: CIU Head, Michael Martin enhances platinum standards of CBI Programme

St Kitts and Nevis: Michael Martin, the Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), has been working towards the enhancement of the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI) of St Kitts and Nevis to maintain its position as the promising investment options for global investors.

CIU Head, Michael Martin, has taken all the necessary actions to make it one of the world’s most favourable economic citizenship programmes. He is continuously pushing the Programme to evolve through his efforts to respond to changing demographics.

In order to maintain the platinum standard of St Kitts and Nevis, Martin works to craft a solution to evolve the CBI Programme on a sustainable model under integrity, transparency and accountability.

The strengthened Citizenship by Investment Programme has been customized under a sustainable model that will ensure that the country will remain to be the envy of the communities on international terms by injecting high levels of integrity and administrative improvements.

The vision Martin is based on the structuring of the Programme in a way to allow for greater transparency and accountability, which make the hallmarks of a good administration framework that strengthens the foundation of any successful Citizenship by Investment Programme.

He plans to maintain a progressive programme that cements St Kitts and Nevis’ place as a CBI industry leader. The new regulations were one of their strategies to add a new layer of the integrity of St Kitts and Nevis CBI Programme.

The introduction of the Limited Time Offer in the Sustainable Growth Fund (Fund Option) increased the demand for the CBI Programme among the HNWIs and took a step to meet the needs of the stakeholders and investors.

Martin is leading a team of efficient and focused experts who ensure that the Programme increases processing efficiency and accuracy while also maintaining strong due diligence processes so that only investors of the highest calibre are accepted.
