The Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his recent update, has announced that Dubai will welcome and host around 40 million new hotel visitors by 2031.
The report is shared by the founder and chairman of DAMAC builder group, Hussain Sajwani, on his official social media account.

He expressed his support and affection toward the leadership of the current ruler’s plans. “The plan will also boost the country’s competitiveness in the tourism industry in the coming years,” He added.
The revenue generated from tourism in 2022 touched Dhs 19 billion during the first half of the year. The current number of hotel guests reached about 12 million with an astonishing 42 per cent increase.
As per the sources, the government of Dubai wants to attract tourism by making significant investments and providing world-class luxuries to visitors. Investments in the hotels and tourism industry could produce remarkable results over time.
