And he added in televised statements: “The Doctors Syndicate has formed a committee that includes in its membership an advisor from the Administrative Prosecution Authority, to investigate the disciplinary part with the doctor treating the journalist, Wael Al-Ebrashy.”

He explained that the Public Prosecution conducted its investigation based on the report of the family of the late journalist Wael Al-Ebrashy, and excluded the criminal aspect related to negligence, medical damage, and violation of the Clinical Research Law in the case of the death of the journalist Wael Al-Ebrashy, explaining: “We have no problem with the family of the journalist Wael Al-Ebrashy.”
