Prime Minister of Isreal, Benjamin Netanyahu recently wrote an open letter to Common citizens and members of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF). In this open letter, he appreciated the soldiers and encouraged soldiers and citizens to stay united in this difficult time of war. He also reaffirmed his stand to eliminate Hamas with full force.

The letter starts with the words “soldiers, men, women, all of the dear security forces and envoy of people and state”. Prime Minister said the basis of the existence of the Jewish people for several years is continue struggle.

People have always fought horrific enemies who have risen up  to kill us. Equipped with the strength of firm determination and a just cause, we have stood determined against all those who seek our lives.
This ongoing fight against the murderers of ‘Hamas’ is another chapter in the generations-long story of our national spirit.
The PM also stated, ‘Remember what Amalek did to you.’ We will always keep in mind the horrific scenes of the massacre on Shabbat Simchat Torah on the morning of 7th October 2023. We saw our brothers and sisters killed, the injured, the hostages, and the fallen of the Israeli defence forces and the security services.

The letter also stressed that our main purpose is to destroy the brutal and murderous Hamas-ISIS enemy, bring back our hostages from the custody of Hamas and restore security to Israel and its citizens.

PM In the letter, termed the ongoing war as a fight between the children of light and the children of darkness. We will not relent in our mission until we defeat the darkness; the good will defeat the extremist evil that threatens not only Israel but the entire world.

In the letter, the Prime Minister also said, “When I send you on this mission, dear heroes, I was certain of our absolute victory over our enemy of Hamas”. PM added.
In the last of the letter, PM wrote, ‘May God make the enemies down before them brave soldiers of the IDF. The prime minister ended the letter with the words, “Be strong and have the courage for victory; with God’s help, together we will win!
Shabbat Shalom!”.
