Saint Lucia: Mc Claude Emmanuel, CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, CIU, of Saint Lucia, is planning some major changes in the execution of the venture which could bring positive growth in the betterment of the investors along with the citizens of the island nation.
The Citizenship by Investment Programme was launched in the nation of Saint Lucia in the last decade, which is still seen as a recent addition to the country as compared with neighbouring Caribbean nations. The government is continually bringing changes in the Programme so that it can serve its purpose in the best way possible.
Mc Claude Emmanuel, following his capabilities was appointed as CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, which looks over the entire process of Citizenship by Investment Programme. Since Mc Claude Emmanuel took over his responsibilities, he took many major decisions.
The government of Saint Lucia is looking for amendments in the policies related to the Citizenship by Investment Programme to bring positive changes to it. CEO Emmanuel is playing a crucial role in the process of influencing the decision under his vision.
The vision of Emmanuel is to structure the Citizenship by Investment Programme in a way that could lead to the betterment of the locals of the nation working in the different sectors. This also satisfies the efforts of the government to bring the local communities into the main framework for the growth of Saint Lucia.

Recently, the deputy prime minister of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire, also gave a statement in which he talked about the plans of the government to bring some big changes in the Citizenship by Investment Programme.
Ernest Hilaire also talked about the vision of CEO Mc Claude Emmanuel to bring better opportunities for the local residents of Saint Lucia with the CIP projects on which the government is working currently.
With this Mc Claude Emmanuel also took some firm decisions to stop the corruption in the process of execution of the programme which was a huge problem for the government. His decisions are making effective changes in the progress of the programme by tackling the major issues.
