St. Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew attended the ceremony hosted by the Taiwanese Embassy to celebrate the outstanding 16-students of the nation.
Reportedly, the Embassy hosted the ceremony to celebrate the outstanding sixteen students, who are embarking on their academic journey in Taiwan. An extended gratitude was presented to the MOFA and ICDF scholarships.
The memorable ceremony welcomed the Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew, Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Geoffrey Hanley and the Taiwan Ambassador Michael Lin. The leaders attended the ceremony to give their remarks and send their warmest wishes to the students and encouraged them.
As they head off to Taiwan, they are not just the students, they are also representing the St. Kitts and Nevis as an Ambassador. The students embrace this adventure with open hearts and minds and will continue to make the nation proud.
The Taiwanese Embassy extended their wishes to the students and wished them luck, they said to the students, good luck with their studies and they know they’ll make the most of the incredible opportunity. Here’s to the new experiences, lifelong friendships and achieving the great things.

Considering this, the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Drew extended his wishes to the 16 students and congratulated them, as the were presented with the scholarships to pursue the tertiary education in the Republic of China (Taiwan).
PM Drew further added that he thanked the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) for extending these scholarships, the highest number that they have received so far.
Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew further added to his statement that he encourages the awardees to cherish the opportunity. Work hard and use the knowledge and skills you will gain to contribute to the development of The Federation.
