Since the time when the Taliban took over Afghanistan in August last year in 2021, the country seemed drastic changes in the country, with the decline in their hostilities afterwards, the conflict-related casualties have seen sudden downfall dramatically.
Mainly, the regime of the Taliban who took over Kabul last year in August, has shortened women’s rights and their freedoms, with women largely excluded from the workplace due to the economic crises and restrictions.
Even the administration of the Taliban banned women that they are not allowed to perform yoga, and they consider yoga as a shameless act. They think that performing yoga is like you are seducing a man, which is all against their culture.
