Israel: The Minister of Social Equality of Israel, Meirav Cohen, met with the employees of the Social Equality department in the conversation summary during her visit.
The meeting was held to discuss various matters, including senior citizens, LGBT(lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) field and other communities. The summary call also included discussions about loneliness, nursing, the welfare of Holocaust survivors and encouraging healthy and active ageing.
The ministry of social equality concluded one and a half years of significant actions towards such communities. The actions taken by the ministry of social equality provided immense support and have made tremendous progress in such areas.

”I intend to continue dealing with the issues related to these situations in the Knesset,” said Cohen.

Furthermore, she stated that these authorities managed to implement and execute the five-year plan for the Arab society and young people of the charge. She also led the department twice these years.
Moreover, she said that if she ever could get a chance to represent the office, she would love to choose to retake control of the organization.
She uploaded several photographs on her official Facebook page of the conversations with the employees. She showed her gratitude towards the hard work of the employees they have put in to assist the people of the Israeli community.
The ministry of social equality of Israel deals with Israeli society’s real and burning issues. The issues related to providing equal education and human rights to the LGBT community of the nation as well as providing safety and security to the senior citizens.
She also talked about her visits to the department, where she mentioned that whenever she visited the department of social equality, she got overwhelmed by the fact that all the employees made her feel like an essential part of the group. She reciprocated the same belief back in her employees.
She thanked all the employees for making the lives of senior citizens and other communities better in Israel.
