The world’s only travelling school is soon coming up in Dubai. It will provide many travelling-related courses for adventure lovers and innovators who are currently in grades 10 to 12.
Think Global School plans to partner with Dubai to develop a supplementary 10-week programme. The programme aimed to enhance the skills of students as they take up their regular curriculum. The programme is all set to begin next year on January 2024.
Managing director of Think Learning Studio, Russell Cailey, stated that their Future Leaders and Innovators Programme is being launched with partnership the Dubai Future Foundation.
It is to be specifically mentioned that students at Think Global School will get their education through a combination of real-world exploration, skills, and a project-learning base.
Cailey also said that We know that certain students like to keep themselves link with the traditional system; however, they are also dying for a supplementary or an extra programme that can be dynamic.
It is to be added that Sessions are going to be held on Saturdays, with virtual support sessions that will be held in the evenings. He also added that our purpose is to supplement the tradtional system. Available courses will include one on future urbanism and learning as an architect in the first year. The second year will bring in digital networks and artificial intelligence with a possible wellness stream of study.
“The dual certification, of course, will be provided by the Dubai Future Foundation and our institutions. Moreover, we are not heavily loading it in terms of certifications,” added Cailey.
It has also come to the knowledge that “On the second and the ninth, there would be introductory sessions. The content will be there for 20 to 25 students who want to come and see us in action, and then one can sign up for the full-fledged programme in January.”
The travelling programme will be launched on the third Saturday of January 2024, i.e. next year. As per information available till now, people can either do one, two, or three of these programmes as per their interest.
