Egypt: Under the directives of the Minister of Tourism and Archaeology Ahmed Issa, the Ministry has welcomed Andreas Mielenhausen, the Creative Business Officer at Google and held a one-day workshop targeting the employees of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation to attract collaboration with Google.
Andreas explained a number of techniques and ways to enhance their digital skills and abilities to make good use of online platforms.
As per the updates, the Seminar was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Tourism and Archaeology in the new administrative capital.
On his part, the Creative Business Officer of Google, Andreas Mielenhausen, addressed ways to form a collaborative relationship between both nations.
The shared updates noted, “A workshop for the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation employees on creative works that attract the public in collaboration with Google”.
Furthermore, the updates shared by the Ministry also conveyed that “Today, the Ministry of Tourism and Archaeology represented in the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation in cooperation with Google International Company organized a one-day workshop for the employees of the body on creative works that attract the public”.
In this regard, it was also added that the Seminar was attended by a large sum of employees who learned ways to enhance their digital skills and abilities.
In addition, “The workshop was conducted by Mr ANDREAS MIELENHAUSEN, Creative Business Officer, Google”, added the reports.
The workshop included briefing workers on public-oriented advertising designs and how to use them to attract more pioneers of various social media platforms for promotional pages on these platforms and the official promotional website on the web.
On his part, Amr Al-Qadi, the executive president of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation, explained that organizing this workshop comes within the framework of the Ministry’s interest in developing skills and improving the competence of all its employees.
He further emphasized that during the one-day workshop, CBO Andreas especially aimed at the Egyptian General Authority of Tourism Activation employees to inform them about the latest global methods of promoting what contributes to the promotion of the Egyptian tourist destination, its stores, products and tourist styles. And its archaeological sites are even more fascinating.
In the end, Professor Susan Mustafa, Director General of the Tourism Promotion Department, added that the Ministry’s collaboration with Google International to organize this workshop comes in light of the Authority’s interest in using the latest promotional tools to reach targeted slides and creative works and designs are among the most important attractions for various advertising campaigns.
