Egyptian tourism minister met a great Egyptian museum’s official

Mr Ahmed Issa, minister of tourism and archaeology, met the Board of directors of the great Egyptian museum to take a stock of the latest developments. Mr. Ahmed Issa chaired this meeting at the Great Museum headquarters.

Minster started the meeting with a warm welcome to all the Board of

Director members. The minister praised the museum staff in the meeting for their sincere efforts to complete the work as soon as possible .

The tourism minister also expressed his satisfaction that the remaining work of the museum will be finished very soon . 

Before the tourism minister prime minister also inspected the museum site and directed the official to take necessary steps for early completion of the work .

Minister also said that after completion of the work this museum will be a great marvel . The museum will be a great kind of architectural example. The museum will provide a great experience to tourists who will visit Egypt to have a look over the ancient historical artefacts.

The artefacts relating to the society , royalty and that related to ancient Egypt will be displayed in the main halls . The artefacts displayed in this main hall will guide the next generation to learn great lessons from the rich ancient Egyptian heritage and cultures  . 

Major General Atef Muftah, who holds the post of general supervisor of the Grand Egyptian Museum, also addressed the meeting . He briefed  latest updates on the museum’s work and other areas of the surroundings.

The main building also includes:

  • The museum and service section.
  • A ticket building.
  • A pyramid-like restaurant.
  • A huge car park waiting for areas
  • and surrounding parks .

 Before this meeting of the Board of directors, the tourism minister also holds a meeting with the leaders of the museum staff. This was done to review how much work has been accomplished and how much remains to be completed.
