St. Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew begin with the first series of visiting the schools within the federation, commemorating the Independence Day. He visited the schools and met with the children, also shred the glimpses of the same.
The Members of Federal Cabinet embarked on the first series of visiting to schools in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis as a part of Independence Day Celebrations.
During his visit, PM Drew interacted with the Children and was exhilarating. He said that it fills me with great hope knowing that they represent the future. This reinforces his conviction that every life is precious.
Prime Minister Drew emphasised that they need to strive together to build a society where the children can flourish and reach their full potential.
Reportedly, the Members of the Federal Cabinet Members of St. Kitts and Nevis kicked off the annual Independence Schools Visit on Thursday, September 05, 2024 by visiting the primary schools on the east zone of St. Kitts and Nevis.
The official visit was led by the Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew. The Ministers and Ambassadors who were invited, visited the SKI Academic.
Schools visited by the delegates were the Cayon Primary School, Violet Petty Primary, Joshua Obadiah Williams Primary, Cotton-Thomas Comprehensive at the Estridge Campus, Edgar T. Morris Primary, Saddlers Primary and the Dieppe Bay Primary School, which brings -up smiles to the faces of the students and teachers.
The visit was observed in the celebrations of Independence Day, which is arriving on September 19, 2024.
