United Arab Emirates: The Emirati Businessman and founder of the DAMAC Group of Properties, Hussain Sajwani, shared an update that he hosted the members of senior management tonight at his residence in Damascus.

He shared the information on his official social media handle about the event he organized to get to know and interact with the Senior Management employees at the DAMAC group of Properties.

Hussain Sajwani expressed his thoughts about the get-together with his fellow employees at his home and pointed out the immense importance of such a meeting, 

which would help them connect at a more personal and professional level. “It is a crucial event to understand and exchange thoughts with his employees,” Sajwani noted.

Furthermore, in his statement, Emirati Billionaire stated that the meeting with his senior management helped them discuss future plans along with the key decisions that should be made in the coming time.  

He also noted that it was an effective way of talking over the recent and current updates for this year and the projected objectives for the next year to achieve within the organization.

Hussain Sajwani also addressed the importance of interacting with the company’s employees and said that” No doubt connecting with and knowing employees is very important”, 

Through this, he understood every employee’s key role in making a company better than before. 

He also gave credit to all the hard-working employees of the senior management during his hosting and recognized their sheer will to work and the efforts they have been putting into their job.

As per the updates, during the session, Sajwani cited that he talked about the various achievements they accomplished as a company in the current year. 

He also pointed out that, besides the achievement, they also talked about what should have been done better to make everything function better for the company.

The strategy for the next year and beyond that, with a motive of holding a long and wide vision, was also discussed during the event, as per reports.
