Egypt: The Minister of Local Development and Major General Hisham Amana, and the Minister of Agriculture and Land Rehabilitation, Al- Qasir, have recently held a meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Local Development in the new Al-Ameen City.
The meeting was aimed at enhancing the mutual cooperation between the two ministries and discussed various factors and issues.
As per the latest reports, during the meeting, the Minister of Local Development and Agriculture, Hisham Amana, followed up on the mutual cooperation files in the field of preserving agricultural lands and raising the efficiency of food outlets.
The meeting saw the follow-up of some topics and shared files between the two ministries, and in the forefront of it, the file for preserving agricultural lands and stopping encroachments on them, as well as mechanisms for following up on improving the efficiency of food distribution outlets to citizens.
In addition, the meeting of Major General Hisham Amana and Al-Qasir also amounted to following up on the efforts of governorate executive agencies of the Directorates of Agriculture and Local Development in combating and removing encroachments on agricultural lands.
Moreover, it was emphasized that the efforts had been made in the framework of the state’s interest to maintain the agricultural patch by joining all relevant state agencies to deal with immediate action with Any attempts to raid the farm patch.
As the Minister of Local Development and the Minister of Agriculture research, the provision of food goods to citizens at discounted prices in all governorates, either through stationary or mobile outlets. The meeting also aimed to raise the expensiveness of citizens in the framework of the initiative of His Excellency President Sisi together to fight inflation.
Moreover, the initiatives of the Ministry of Local Development further claimed to provide food goods at affordable and quality prices. It’s headed by the “Fund of Charity” initiative.
Major General Hisham Amana and Al-Qasir also confirmed the continued coordination and cooperation to humiliate any challenges or obstacles faced by the projects and files in which the two ministries cooperate, which contribute to the speedy implementation of Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of the Cabinet.
