On Tuesday, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, visited the Yahalom unit of the Israeli Defence Forces. He was accompanied by Major General Tamir Yadai, the head of ground forces command, and Brigadier General Ido Mizrachi, the chief engineering officer of IDF.
During the visit of Prime Minister Netanyahu, the PM was briefed by the commander of the Yahalom Unit about ground situation. He told the Prime Minister regarding the ongoing activities and preparedness of the IDF since the beginning of the Israel-Hamas war. The Prime Minister also showed the special demonstration by the members of the armed forces on their extraordinary capabilities, including explosives and underground activities.
Prime Minister, during his visit, also saw the heavy quantity of weapons and munitions brought by Hamas terrorists into Israel during their Part of the murder campaign. Notably, This munition and weapons were seized by the Yahalom Unit and later on handed over to the National Centre for Neutralizing ammunitions.
Prime Minister, while addressing the soldiers, said, “I want to tell you clearly that we are at war, and we are striking our enemy with great force; so far, we have killed many Hamas terrorists, and we will continue our strike until the elimination of the last terrorist of the Hamas.”
Prime Minister also added that at this moment, war is at its highest peak, and we will keep striking everyone who will try to launch any attack against Israel.
He further said that we are standing before the next stage. He called the soldiers that you know very well what is the current situation and I appreciate your capabilities and strength.
Prime Minister motivated the soldiers in their fight to save the innocent civilians in Israel.
While concluding his visit, the Prime Minister said, “We all have one mission to end the curse of Hamas. We will not stop until we complete our mission. We will complete our mission with the help of army men like you. I feel proud of all of you, and I salute you for your courage, dedication, and determination.”
