Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), handed over on Monday WHO certification to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for country's succes against Hepatitis C. With this recognition by the WHO, Egypt has become the first country in the world to receive a certificate from the WHO for eliminating the C virus.
