Dominica: CBSS School praises their runners for win in cross-country race

Dominica: The CBSS (Castle Bruce Secondary School) officials in Castle Bruce, Dominica, participated in the Inaugural Secondary School cross country race at Cabrits a few days back. During the cross-country race, various schools participated in the event and shared a memorable experience.

As per the updates from the event, the management of the CBSS (Castle Bruce Secondary School) in Castle Bruce, Dominica, has stated that during the cross-country event, many of their top athletes and runners were not present to take part in the competition, but still their players and runners managed to do well in the contest.

The official management of the CBSS (Castle Bruce Secondary School), Dominica, has stated that their school was represented by a bunch of competitive runners and made a mark for our school. 

 

The management has also conveyed their deep gratitude to the students and thanked all the parents who showed up at the race event to cheer for the runners.

Furthermore, per the updates from the cross-country competition, all the spectators enjoyed their visit to the event. 

The school management shared the main stats and results that their runners got to accomplish during the event.

After the cross-country race event, the management praised all the players that played well and emerged as the winners for their school.

In addition, CBSS school shared that in the boy’s cross-country race, their school managed to secure first place in both categories; management also conveyed that:

– Calvin Pascal came on first ranked for under-20 race events.

– Kenlewis Burton came on first ranked in under 15 categories.

Moreover, Dian Augustine was number 2 in the under-15 categories of girls’ race. In the end, the under-20 team of CBSS Castle Bruce, Dominica, got the silver medal, a trophy, and 2nd place in the event. ‘’We are proud of you’’. Said management.
