Egypt: The Minister of Housing, Facilities and Civil Communities, Asim Al-Jazar, has conveyed that the customized "online" prior booking system on the specified dates according to the terms and conditions is undergoing.

Egypt: The Minister of Housing, Facilities and Civil Communities, Asim Al-Jazar, has conveyed that the customized “online” prior booking system on the specified dates according to the terms and conditions is undergoing.

On his part, Minister of Housing and Facilities, Al-Jazar stated that, until Thursday, about 95 thousand citizens have taken out quarantine forms. And 40 thousand paid the seriousness of confiscating lands and residential units.

He added, “Currently, we are proposing 22332 residential units with various projects—and 10808 plots of land of different types to meet the needs of all social segments. “Until February 9, 2023, the number of citizens who extracted the forms to reserve 22332 housing units, 10808 lands, of different types, reached 95 thousand citizens, while about 40,000 serious citizens have paid the reservation,” Minister Al-Jazar noted.

Furthermore, the Minister of Housing explained that the Ministry, represented in the Civil Societies Commission, is currently proposing 22332 housing units, with projects (Paradise – Dar Misr – Sakin Egypt – Coastal Distinguished Housing – Qatamiyah Gardens) and 1,0808 pieces of land with intermediate, excellent and most distinguished housing, in the new cities.

Additionally, Minister confirmed that electronic registration has begun to reserve units and lands from Last Sunday, January 15; the “online” prior reservation system will be utilized through the online booking website of the Bank of Construction and Housing reservation.com – @TAG), on the times specified by the terms and conditions.

“The Ministry of Housing continues to introduce residential units and lands at different levels to meet the needs of all social segments in implementing the guidelines of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic,” Asim Al-Jazar, confirmed.

The guidelines of the President provide adequate housing for all citizens. They are based on the Ministry of Housing policy’s three main axes: supporting the income content, the intermediate slice, and availability. For the high-income segment, this is the practical realization of social justice.

In his remarks, Housing Minister pointed out that the offer includes 10872 residential units in the Jannah project, with areas between 100 and 161 m2, six new cities (October 6 – Sheikh Zayed – New Damietta – New Cairo – New Malawi – New Mansoura), and 512 residential units in the Dar Misr project, with areas ranging between 100 and 150 m2, with 4 New cities (May 15 – El Abour – New Damietta – New Burj Al Arab).

The housing projects further included 8660 residential units in the “Skin Egypt” project, with areas between 106 and 133 m2, in 11 new cities (New October – New Cairo – New Cairo – The New Passing – October Gardens – New Minya – Al-Shorouk – New Mansoura – New Damiettah – West Qena – Nasser “West Assiut” – New Alamein), and 1791 residential units in the distinctive coastal housing project, with areas between 90 and 109 m2, in 4 new cities (New Rashid – New Mansoura – New Damietta – New Alameen), and 497 residential units in the “Qatamia Gardens” project – the in-depth share of the Communities Board New Alomraniah, in New Cairo.

Notably, the Minister of Housing added that the allocation of lands includes 7013 pieces of land with average housing “land axis” in cities (New Sohaj – New Qena – New Assiut – New Bani Sweif), and 3370 details of distinguished accommodation in cities (New Qana – New Sohaj – El-Assiut – New Nasser “West Assiut”), and 425 pieces of land With the most distinguished housing, in the cities of (New Aswan – New Sohag – New Bani Sweif – New Assiut).
