Furthermore, “The newly signed defence contract between India and Israel is an essential step taken to move forward in joint direction between both nations which would ensure the enhancement of the defence systems,” said the official from Israel Aerospace Industries.

The cooperation between Israel and Indian defence companies such as IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries) and BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) have been assisting each other through cooperative measurements and mutual understandings, reported IAI officials.

Moreover, the reports have also explained the MR-SAM (Medium Range Surface Air Missile) air defence system and stated that it is a high response, quick reaction, vertically launched supersonic missile designed to neutralize enemy aerial threats – missiles, aircraft, guided bombs, helicopters and used by Army, Navy and Air Force as different variants.
