J&K Bank launches AI-enabled Chatbot to assist customers

Jammu and Kashmir, India: J&K Bank launched JIA (J&K Bank Intelligent Assistant), which will be facilitating the customer-engagement. The AI-enabled Chatbot will assist the bank authorities in providing better-personalised services to the customers.

Jammu and Kashmir, India: J&K Bank launched JIA (J&K Bank Intelligent Assistant), which will be facilitating the customer-engagement. The AI-enabled Chatbot will assist the bank authorities in providing better-personalised services to the customers.

The service and its associated Whatsapp Banking Service were inaugurated by the Managing Director and the CEO of the Bank, Baldev Prakash. The launching was attended by the Executive Director of J&K Bank, Sudhir Gupta, General Managers, along with other senior officers at the cooperate headquarters of the Bank.

MD Parkash addressed the attended, and while speaking on occasion, he stated that the launch is part of the commitment of the bank authorities to improve customer journeys and enhance experience across all the available channels of banking and finance. It’s a small but very significant first step that will soon transform the digital services landscape of the Bank, ensuring ease and safety for our valuable customers.

“JIA will respond to all the customers’ queries while remaining available 24/7 for our clients and people at large. Moreover, equipped with tools of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Intelligence and Analytics. JIA will also learn and evolve fast as it gathers as well as processes information to deliver increasing levels of personalised services to our customers,” he added, according to the sources.

The JIA Bank’s Chatbot is powered by Cogno AI. As per the officials of the Bank, the service will be available on the homepage of the Corporate Website, and the service can be availed through the Bank’s Whatsapp facility. While explaining the procedure, the Bank informed, “Send ‘Hi’ to 9906663937, the dedicated Business Account Number of the Bank.

Furthermore, the Bank informed that the Artificial Intelligence Service would guide the people who will be visiting the bank website, exploring services from Digital Channels, Cards, Deposits, Loans, Rewards, and Insurance along with NRI services, and helping to locate nearby Branches/ATMs of the Bank.
