Egypt: Tourism Minister Ahmed Issa meets government officials during Berlin visit

Egypt: The Minister of Tourism and Archaeology of Egypt, Ahmed Issa, has recently visited Berlin and completed the series of professional meetings he held during his visit to German. He was scheduled to meet several government officials during his stay in berlin.

Egypt: The Minister of Tourism and Archaeology of Egypt, Ahmed Issa, has recently visited Berlin and completed the series of professional meetings he held during his visit to German. He was scheduled to meet several government officials during his stay in berlin.

According to the reports, Mr Ahmed Issa, Minister of Tourism and Archaeology, continued the professional meetings scheduled during his current visit to the German capital Berlin. 

He attended a meeting with the Executive Director of the Federal Federation of German Airlines (BDF) and officials of a number of tour organizers in the German market and other European markets, including DER Touristik central Europe and DACH, And Schauinsland Reisen, LMX Touristik, and Vtours, and Phoenix tours.

As per the recent updates shared by the Ministry of Tourism, Minister Issa went to Berlin along with his delegation to participate in the Berlin Tourist Exchange events, which were scheduled to commence from 7 to 9 March in this current period.

Furthermore, during these meetings, the Minister reviewed the features of Egypt’s new promotional campaign launched under the slogan “Your Expectations are History” in the tourism markets targeted by the Ministry to promote the Egyptian tourist destination highlighting its diverse tourist and archaeological destinations, as well as presenting Egypt in a different way TO THE WORLD.

During the meetings, the Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Issa, also highlighted the features of the new aviation stimulus program and the Ministry’s strategy to develop tourism in Egypt, referring to the Ministry’s plan to encourage tourism investments to double hotel energy, a sign of the Ministry’s efforts to improve the tourism investment climate in Egypt, and an overview of key investment opportunities available in the tourism sector.

The reports also concluded that the Minister also reviewed the work paths to develop the Egyptian tourist destination and the products and tourist styles it enjoys. 

Moreover, he also talked about efforts by the Ministry to maintain the sustainability of the tourism sector in Egypt and to convert the Egyptian tourism sector into an environmentally friendly industry.

It is noteworthy that over the past couple of days, the Minister has held a number of professional meetings, where he met with the President of the German Travel Industry Union (DRV), the President of Travel Agents and European Tour Organizers (ECTAA), and officials of a number of top tour organizers, airlines in the German market and other European markets.

Following the end of the event, The Egyptian wing participating in the Stock Exchange events won the second-best African wing position for its distinctive design and uniqueness in highlighting Egyptian culture and civilization quality of services and activities provided by the Stock Exchange Administration.
