Under the directives of the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Governor of Dakahlia governorate, Dr Ayman Mokhtar, has initiated the work of the second phase of the 21st wave campaigns to remove the encroachments on the state’s lands in the area of until 16th June.
In his words, Governor Ayman Mokhtar stated that “A total of 31 trespassing cases have been removed in the centres and cities of the governorate since the start of the work of the second phase of the wave and continuous follow-up of removal works in coordination with the state authorities.”
Furthermore, the government has been acting under the leadership of President El Sisi and his instructions for the necessity of firmly dealing with all forms of encroachments on state and agricultural lands. “The importance of preserving the state’s right, retrieving state lands, and removing trespassing on them” was also emphasized.
The implementation of the works has also been supervised under the instructions of the Supreme Committee to recover state lands and with continuous follow-up of Mr Major General Hisham Amna, Minister of Local Development.
The reports have stated that the works have removed 13 resolutions, including 10 construction violations on an area of 553 square meters and 3 breaches of agriculture on a site of 17 shares of 23 carats in Almatariya, along with Bani Obaid and Mansoura centres belonging to the General Authority for Construction and Agricultural Development Projects.
Thus, it becomes a total of what has been implemented since the start of the second stage of wave 21 to remove the trespasses, 31 removal decisions, including 27 construction violations in the area of 2041 square meters and 4 agricultural trespasses in the area of 20, 4 carats 1 acre in centres, cities and villages of the governorate.
Furthermore, Governor Mukhtar indicated that there are intensive efforts and ongoing follow-up for implementing the removal of work in coordination with the state authorities and the Dakahlia Security Directorate to achieve the campaigns’ desired goals.
The Governor of Dakahlia’s statements came based on Eng’s report. Mohammed Jalal, the general manager of state property in the province, indicated that the works of the second stage of wave 21 are being carried out in full swing in coordination with departments, police stations, all state authorities, heads of centres, cities and districts.
In this regard, Governor had previously ordered the heads of centres, cities, districts and villages to immediately report any new trespasses after the completion of the removals.
It emphasized the importance of preparing periodic reports of the renovations during the wave referred by the General Property Administration in the Governorate General Assembly to raise them first To the Ministry of Local Development and from them to the Supreme Committee for reclaiming state lands.
It is noteworthy that the operation room has been formed in the province to follow up on the implementation work to remove obstacles through the management of property in the province, state destinations, police departments and local units of centres, cities and districts in the province, to ensure the rights of the state and the rights of citizens.
